This is Mrs. Usha, aged 49, in the walks of life she met with many trials, she is a heart patient. Seeking your help to overcome her some needs.

The heart complaint (it�s a valve defect) was a case registered in the Medical Hospital , Trivandrum for a long period. She is still treating for her heart complaint; it may need another operation for heart, the heavy expense only stopped her from doing it.

Due to lack of money she could not do the operation, but continue the medicine and that resulted in some sort of neurological diseases and become a cause for amputing her leg. Her leg is amputed and that too with a heavy cost of approximately Rs. 70,000 (including all expenses, admission and medicines). Every month she need Rs.1,600 for medicinal and travel expense.
